Job Overview

As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality data management services within budget and on time.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers on data management deliverables.
• Providing comprehensive data management expertise to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team.
• Offering leadership and guidance in project planning, execution, and close-out.
• Managing continuous process improvements, issue escalation, and workload projections.
• Engaging in negotiations with customers, including timelines, financial matters, and processes.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and open communications.

Essential Functions

Your role as a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator at IQVIA will encompass a range of essential functions, including:

• Client Management: Being the primary point of contact for customer data management deliverables.
• Providing leadership and senior support to Data Team Leads (DTLs) on large global studies/programs.
• Ensuring project management expertise by collaborating with customer data managers and internal team members.
• Establishing strong communications with Data Operations teams, functional leads, and project managers.
• Independently managing DM service delivery with expertise in executing projects.
• Serving as an escalation point for unresolved data issues and working towards their resolution.
• Maintaining internal tracking databases and systems.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of direct Data Management experience, including 5 or more years as a CDM project lead.
• Previous experience in managing the delivery of multiple global trials through the full DM life-cycle.
• Demonstrated expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of the data management process.
• Proven competence in handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings independently.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical drug development process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
