USV Private Ltd, one of India’s top 15 pharmaceutical companies, is seeking experienced professionals to join our Product Management Team. We have opportunities for Product Managers specializing in Insulin, Diabetic, and Cardio therapeutic areas. This role provides a chance to work with some of our leading brands like Glycomet GP, Ecosprin AV, Jalra, Tazloc, and Glynase, and to contribute to the development of impactful healthcare solutions.

Available Position: Product Manager – Insulin, Diabetic, Cardio

• Designation: Product Manager – Insulin, Diabetic, Cardio
• Industry: Pharmaceutical
• Location: Govandi East, Mumbai
• Qualification: B. Pharmacy or any Science Graduate + MBA (Compulsory)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management Team (PMT)
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays included); 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the insulin, diabetic, and cardio product lines to meet business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Brand Management: Enhance the visibility and growth of established brands through effective marketing campaigns.
• Product Launches: Plan and manage the launch of new products, ensuring successful market entry.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, R&D, regulatory affairs, and other teams to support product development and market growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B. Pharmacy or Science Graduate, along with an MBA is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on insulin, diabetic, or cardio products.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive brand performance.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
