Job Role: Technology Transfer Specialist

Aizant Drug Research Solutions currently looking for experienced professionals in the Technology Transfer field, specifically those with a strong formulations background. As part of team, you will play a key role in transferring new formulations from the R&D phase to manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the technology transfer of drug formulations from the development phase to full-scale production.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure a smooth transition of new products.
• Perform risk assessments and identify critical process parameters.
• Monitor the manufacturing process and provide technical support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and update technical documentation related to formulations, process validation, and scale-up activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: Candidates should hold a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technology Transfer within a formulations background.
