Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be part of the Bioassay Lab and contribute to biosimilar development projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing experiments using SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance), ELISA, and other analytical methods.
• Handling statistical software such as Softmax Pro, Biacore analysis software, and PLA.
• Developing, qualifying, and validating receptor binding assays using SPR methods.
• Hands-on experience with Biacore T200/8K software.
• Preparing SOPs, developing methods, and generating similarity reports.
• Ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Pharm in Biotechnology.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in biosimilars development and bioassay techniques.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of SPR and ELISA methods.
  • Hands-on expertise in Biacore platforms.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent documentation and regulatory compliance skills.
