Job Role & Responsibilities

EHS Department

Manager – EHS (10–15 Years, CTC: ₹12 LPA)

• Lead safety, health, and environmental compliance across plant operations.
• Develop and oversee SOP implementation, audits, and trainings.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and incident management.
• Liaise with authorities like GPCB and DISH.
• Build a strong safety culture and manage documentation efficiently.

Executive – EHS (2–5 Years, CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA)

• Support daily plant safety and SOP compliance.
• Monitor employee health, conduct safety drills, and maintain reports.
• Manage legal compliances, incident reporting, fire hydrant systems.
• Provide training on emergency response and safe practices.

Production Department

Shift Incharge (2–5 Years, CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA)

• Execute and monitor shift production plans.
• Manage raw material unloading, storage, and finished product loading.
• Ensure timely SAP entries and daily production reporting.

Production Operator (1–4 Years, CTC: Up to ₹2.5 LPA)

• Execute batch production activities as per shift plans.
• Ensure discipline and time management in operations.
• Handle manpower efficiently during production shifts.

Production Supervisor (3–5 Years, CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA)

• Supervise operators and review shift activities.
• Manage unloading of liquid drums, semi-solid drums, and AQS drums.
• Oversee liquid transfers to tanks as per recipe and shift requirements.

Quality Control / Laboratory

Apprentice – QC (Stipend: ₹10,000)

• Qualification: ITI LACP.
• Gain practical exposure in quality control and lab testing.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• EHS: BE in Chemical/Environment with PDIS/ADIS.
• Production: BE Chemical, Diploma Chemical, ITI AOCP.
• QC Apprentice: ITI LACP (freshers eligible).
• Experience: 1–15 years depending on the role.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, GMP, and SOP compliance.
• Leadership and training capabilities (EHS Manager).
• Production process expertise with SAP knowledge (Production).
• Lab testing, documentation, and compliance orientation (QC Apprentice).

Location & Salary

• Work Location: RSPL Recycling Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 208/2, GIDC Estate Panoli, Bharuch, Gujarat – 394116.
• Salary: Based on role; ₹10,000 stipend for apprentices; up to ₹12 LPA for experienced professionals.
