Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager (Suture Division) at Meril, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Market Research: Identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs within your designated territory.
• Arranging Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to deliver impactful product/service presentations.
• Generating Reports: Regularly prepare and submit sales and financial reports to track performance and progress.
• Managing Stock: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations.
• Negotiating Deals: Effectively negotiate and close deals while resolving any customer issues that may arise.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in Medical Device Sales: Preferably with a focus on Sutures.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintaining strong customer relationships.
