TCS PV-Case Processor Job Overview:
- Position: PV-Case Processor
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in Pharmacovigilance activities such as Literature, Case Intake, Case Processing, and Medical Review.
- Eligibility: Freshers are not eligible
- Education Qualification: Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Pharmacist, Life Science Graduates, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, MBBS.
- Eligibility Criteria Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3) Bachelor’s degree/Post-Graduate in any Life Sciences stream. Candidates interviewed in the last 6 months will not be eligible

- Enter initial and follow-up information for individual adverse event case reports of higher business value onto the global Patient Safety database, using data interpretation, coding and writing skills in accordance with the current Data Entry Process Instructions and associated SOPs and OPIs, to ensure consistency of case entry and high data quality standards.
Responsibilities: As a PV-Case Processor at TCS, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing complex data and performing activities in Argus, including case access, data coding, and entry.
- Ensuring compliance with global and local procedural documents related to Pharmacovigilance.
- Following up on procedures and contributing to the development of new safety-related systems and processes.
- Supporting a performance-driven culture within the team.
Job Description:
- Ability to understand and analyze complex data related to Pharmacovigilance.
- Competency in performing all steps within the case-handling process.
- Compliance with global and local procedural documents.
- Follow-up procedures and contribution to new safety-related systems development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), or Master of Pharmacy.
- Desired skills in Pharmacovigilance.

- Original & photocopy of Government ID proof (Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Passport / Voter’s ID)
- 1 Passport size photo
- Degree certificate or provisional certificate
- SSC, HSC & all semester’s marksheets
