1. Quality Control (API)

Location: Uppal, Shamshabad, Bollaram

Job Role: As a Quality Control Chemist/Officer, you will be responsible for performing various tests and analyses to ensure the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. This includes handling wet analysis, HPLC, GC, dissolution, and UV spectrometry. Experience in working with US FDA, MHRA, WHO cGMP standards is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control tests on API and raw materials.
  • Operate HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution equipment for chemical analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform sampling and analysis following GMP protocols.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Chemistry.
  • 2-7 years of experience in a pharma API manufacturing unit.
  • Familiarity with US FDA, MHRA, WHO cGMP guidelines.

2. Quality Assurance (API)

Location: Uppal

Job Role: As a Quality Assurance Chemist/Officer, you will focus on in-process quality assurance (IPQA), ensuring compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Your role includes handling process validation, cleaning validation, change control, and supporting regulatory audits. Experience in API manufacturing and audit exposure to US FDA, MHRA, and WHO is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IPQA during the production process.
  • Manage process validation, cleaning validation, and document control.
  • Handle change control procedures and maintain compliance with GMP.
  • Support internal and external audits by regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Chemistry.
  • 2-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Experience with US FDA, MHRA, WHO cGMP standards.

3. Production (API)

Location: Uppal

Job Role: The Production Chemist/Officer will manage the production of API in a controlled environment, overseeing the operation of autoclaves, pressure reactions, and hydrogenation processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring manpower is efficiently arranged for each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production operations, including the use of autoclaves and pressure reactors.
  • Handle hydrogenation and other chemical processes in API production.
  • Ensure shifts are properly staffed to meet production demands.
  • Maintain compliance with US FDA, MHRA, WHO cGMP standards.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Chemistry.
  • 2-5 years of experience in API production.
  • Ability to work in shifts and manage manpower.
