Responsibilities of the Clinical Data Coordinator

As a Clinical Data Coordinator at Sanofi, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality through various data management activities. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensure data quality by conducting data management activities including data validation, data review, etc. following study timelines. Maintain clear reporting on DM activities in alignment with study teams and management needs.
2. Monitor the progress of data cleaning activities and generate status reports for the Study Data Manager and study team.
3. Participate in the writing of study plans including Data Management Plan, Centralized Monitoring Plan etc. as per timelines defined with the study team.
4. Participate in the writing of UAT Plans and perform testing for database, listings, patient profile and safety notification tool, providing feedbacks to programming team and Study Data Manager to collaboratively solve issues found both during initial database set up and database revision.
5. Conduct centralized monitoring activities according to Centralized Monitoring Plan.
6. Ensure clear, concise, consistent communication on data management activities at study level (including risks identification, monitoring, alert and escalation)

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Drug Development, or a related field.

Experience:

• Prior experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM), with knowledge of data management processes, regulatory guidelines, and database technologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of database technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
