Job Details and Qualifications

Job Title: IPQA Executive

• Location: Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm
• Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling of line clearance activities related manufacturing process.
• Monitoring of manufacturing activities in shop floor.
• Review of executed batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Handling of in process testing checks and sampling in shop floor.
• Monitoring of environmental monitoring program in shop floor
• Verification of manufacturing with respect to SOPs and related documents
• Handling of process validation, cleaning validation and hold time Studies in facility.
• Qualification of visual inspection operators and monitoring of visual inspection activity
• Handling of dispensing of Raw materials, Primary and secondary packing materials
• Handling of AQL activity and to monitor the dispatch activity.
• Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Compressed air /nitrogen gas monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
• To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc
• To perform line clearance activity before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling and packing.
• To perform Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling as per protocol/SOP.
