Job Overview – Jr. Executive, Project Management

The Jr. Executive in Project Management will be responsible for assisting project teams in organizing, tracking, and executing various project tasks. This includes coordinating productivity metrics/KPIs and managing shipments of compounds to multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in organizing and tracking project deliverables
• Execute assigned project tasks effectively and within timelines
• Coordinate productivity metrics and KPIs for the project team
• Manage and oversee shipment of compounds to various countries according to shipment guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Chemistry or M.Pharm from a recognized university
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in project management within the pharma/life sciences sector
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in communication and documentation
