Are you an MSc Chemistry graduate looking for a quality control role in the pharmaceutical industry? Piramal Pharma Solutions is currently hiring for the position of Quality Control Executive at their Mahad, Maharashtra facility.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting analysis of finished goods, raw materials, stability samples, packing materials, and in-process cleaning samples.
• Reporting results upon completion of analysis and ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed.
• Ensuring proper status labels are placed after confirming the availability of all required resources such as control procedures, analytical protocols, reference standards, reagents, and more.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of day-to-day analysis activities and reporting these to supervisors.
• Calibrating lab equipment and managing retention samples, ensuring timely destruction of QC samples as needed.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of GxP data and documentation, while complying with food regulations like US 21 CFR Part 111.
• Participating in and completing mandatory trainings on cGMP, HSE, and departmental policies.
• Supporting quality events, change control, and analytical method validation, including cleaning validation of products.
• Maintaining proper house-keeping standards to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment in the lab.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: MSc in Chemistry is mandatory.
• Experience: 1-3 years in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry, with relevant experience in analytical methods, equipment calibration, and lab safety protocols.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, including HPLC, GC, and other relevant instruments, is essential.
