Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Research Associate (Full-Time) in the R&D department, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, conducting, and analyzing biotechnology experiments.
• Reviewing scientific literature to develop hypotheses and support research goals.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Optimizing laboratory protocols while maintaining detailed experimental documentation.
• Driving innovation while ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Supporting research in advanced areas such as tissue engineering and cell culture.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields. Courses such as Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences are also relevant.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in R&D with proven project management exposure.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Preferred candidates with additional expertise in cell culture, regenerative medicine, or tissue engineering.
