Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Trainee – Production API (Freshers)
- Receive operating instructions from the Production Executive.
- Carry out batch processing strictly as per batch records and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety protocols.
- Support day-to-day operations in cleanroom and production areas.
2. Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive – API Production
- Execute API production processes including intermediates and hydrogenation blocks.
- Monitor and supervise cleanroom operations.
- Act as shift in-charge where required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient production flow.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Trainee Production: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry (Freshers – Only Male Candidates)
- Jr. Officer: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering (1–2 years’ experience preferred)
- Officer: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma / M.Sc. (2–5 years’ API production experience)
- Executive: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma / M.Sc. (5+ years’ experience in API production/cleanroom/hydrogenation blocks)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom protocols, hydrogenation process, and API manufacturing.
- Ability to work in shift operations.
- Strong teamwork, documentation, and compliance mindset.
