Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Research Associate – R&D at Zenfold, you will be an integral part of our high-performing research team in Bengaluru. You will:
- Conduct multi-step organic synthesis for diverse research projects.
- Design synthetic routes and optimize chemical reactions.
- Support scale-up processes from lab to pilot plant.
- Work on CRO and client-sponsored projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and improve methodologies.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with 0–2 years post-doctoral or industry experience OR
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with 5–6 years of proven industry R&D experience.
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Relevant Courses: Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry.
Location & Salary
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
