Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Analyst – Analytical R&D, you will play a crucial role in method development, product testing, and regulatory compliance for NDDS and injectable formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop methods and analyze NDDS or finished products using advanced techniques such as HPLC, GC, UPLC, PSD, Viscosity, GPC, Dissolution (USP4), and Morphological characterization
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation
• Conduct stability studies for injectable products as per industry standards
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, Formulation, and Regulatory Affairs (RA)
• Perform investigation analysis, OOS (Out of Specification) & OOT (Out of Trend) assessments, and trend analysis
• Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and ALCOA++ guidelines
• Support RS method development for peptide molecules
• Contribute to method validation and technology transfer for complex injectable products

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences), B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: 3–6+ years in Analytical R&D, preferably with NDDS and injectable product expertise
• Preferred Skills: Advanced analytical techniques, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, and method validation.

Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Analysis, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Drug Development, Pharmacology.
