Naprod is hiring across different departments. Candidates must have experience in pharmaceutical formulation (injectables).

1. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer/Sr. Officer

• Experience: 2–3 years
• Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc
• Openings: 3 (Male candidates preferred)

2. Microbiology – Officer/Sr. Officer

• Experience: 1–4 years
• Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc (Biotechnology/Microbiology)
• Openings: 3 (Male candidates preferred)

3. Production (Injectables) – Officer

• Experience: 1–3 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Openings: 3 (Male candidates preferred)

4. Production (Injectables) – Sr. Officer/Executive

• Experience: 4–5 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Openings: 2 (Male candidates preferred)

5. Engineering – Executive (Process Engineer)

• Experience: 5–7 years
• Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)

6. Engineering – Officer (Electrical)

• Experience: 10–14 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience: 1–14 years depending on role
• Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in injectables formulation
  • Knowledge of cGMP, AQA, CSV, equipment handling
  • Regulatory exposure preferred (USFDA, MHRA)

Relevant courses: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
