Job Responsibilities
As a Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate in the PDR team at Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd, you will be responsible for:
- Formulation Development: Developing formulations for the domestic and ROW (Rest of World) markets with a focus on solid oral and oral liquid dosage forms.
- Technology Transfer and Scale-Up: Managing technology transfer processes and scale-up activities.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving formulation development issues to ensure the quality and efficacy of our products.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must possess:
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in formulation development.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with solid oral and oral liquid dosage forms.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of formulation development processes for domestic and ROW markets.
- Education: M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics.
