Job Responsibilities:

As a drug Safety Associate Trainee at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by reviewing, assessing, and processing safety data and information. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prioritizing and completing assigned trainings on time to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Processing safety data in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Performing Pharmacovigilance activities such as collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE)/endpoint information.
• Coding AE and products, writing narratives, and conducting literature-related activities.
• Collaborating with senior team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Attending project team meetings and providing feedback to operations managers.
• Demonstrating 100% compliance towards all people practices and processes.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support project requirements.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to operate in shifts and occasional travel.
