Ipca Laboratories is conducting a walk-in drive in Indore for various positions in the Production and Quality Control (QC) departments. This is a great opportunity for B.Pharm, BSc, ITI, Diploma holders to join a reputed pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in the industry. The roles are available for their Athal, Silvassa location, with responsibilities ranging from manufacturing to quality control.

Job Openings

1. Apprentice/Officers/Operator/Technician – Manufacturing Department

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, BSc, ITI, Diploma, HSC
• Experience: 1-6 years
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Operation and supervision of machines like Fette, Glatt, Ganson, and more.
  • Focus on compression, granulation, and coating processes in tablet manufacturing.
• Skills: Familiarity with pharmaceutical machinery is essential. Candidates must have experience in handling compression and coating machines.

2. Apprentice/Officers/Operator/Technician – Packing Department

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, BSc, ITI, Diploma, HSC
• Experience: 1-6 years
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee packing operations with machines such as CAM/IMA/Blister/CVC/Cartonator.
  • Maintain packing department documentation (QMS) as per regulatory standards.

3. Officer/Senior Officer – Quality Control (QC)

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, BSc
• Experience: 1-6 years
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage QC processes, including HPLC, Dissolution, GC, IR, UV instruments.
  • Conduct material testing and adhere to quality management system (QMS) guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess relevant work experience in a regulated pharmaceutical plant, with exposure to OSD formulation (tablets, capsules, coating). Prior experience with regulated bodies like USFDA, MHRA will be preferred. The company seeks dynamic individuals who are open to shift work.
