Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager – Clinical Trials, you will:

• Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GCP and industry regulations.
• Provide communication and coordination support across stakeholders including investigators, sponsors, and internal teams.
• Handle data management, financial documentation, and risk assessments.
• Support project meetings and ensure deliverables are tracked and achieved.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and internal audit readiness.
• Travel occasionally for site visits or project meetings as required.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (e.g., Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Pharmacy).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of overall clinical research experience.
  • At least 3 years specifically in clinical trial management or equivalent role.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial design, GCP guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability.
