Position: Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5-9 Years

Responsibilities

As a Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst at Infosys, you will:

• Aid the consulting team in various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on comprehensive research, including literature surveys and vendor evaluations.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs and define detailed functional designs.
• Support solution requirements on products, diagnose issues, and identify solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Essential Skills:

• 2-10 years of IT industry experience, with at least 3 years in clinical or regulatory solutions for life sciences clients.
• Familiarity with the life sciences domain, including clinical trials, drug safety, and pharmacovigilance.
• Experience with CSV tools and exposure to the US life sciences market.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and work with client teams through the project life cycle.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
• Master of Technology (MTech)
• Master of Pharmacy (MPharm)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
• Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

Preferred Skills:

• Domain expertise in life sciences, clinical trials, compliance, and safety.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance systems and software configuration management.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate.
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
• Client interfacing and project management skills.
