1. Quality Assurance (QA) Validation & Qualification (Sterile)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct validation and qualification processes for sterile products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

• B.Pharma/MSc with 2-7 years of experience in sterile environments.

2. Quality Control (QC)

Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and microbiological testing.
• Manage documentation for BMR, MFR, BOM.
• Ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• B.Pharma/MSc with 3-10 years of experience in quality control.

3. Production (Sterile)

Responsibilities:

• Operate lyophilization (Lyo) and filling equipment.
• Maintain aseptic conditions.
• Oversee production processes.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma or B.Pharma/MSc with 4-7 years of experience in sterile production.

4. Engineering (Sterile)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ensure optimal performance of sterile production equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma or Diploma/B.Tech with 4-8 years of experience in engineering roles.

5. Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse documentation (BMR, MFR, BOM).
• Ensure proper storage and handling of sterile materials.
• Oversee inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management.
