As an HPLC Trainer at Mendine Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions on HPLC theory, operation, and maintenance. This role involves developing course materials, providing hands-on training, and ensuring participants gain practical and theoretical expertise in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography.


Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role as an HPLC Trainer at Mendine Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd in Kolkata. The HPLC Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) techniques, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and data analysis. The Trainer will also develop training materials, assess trainee performance.

  • Conduct comprehensive classroom training on HPLC theory, operation, and applications.
  • Provide hands-on training on HPLC instrumentation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, practical manuals, and assessments.
  • Ensure the safety and proper usage of HPLC instruments during training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in HPLC technology and incorporate them into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with the training team to update and improve the training module based on student feedback and industry trends.
  • Guide students on the best practices in sample preparation, method development, and data interpretation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HPLC instrumentation, operation, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with HPLC method development and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of chromatography principles, sample preparation, and quality control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HPLC equipment.
  • Experience in curriculum development and student evaluation is a plus.
