Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. User-Friendly Content Creation

• Write user-friendly content tailored to the needs of the target audience.
• Transform insights into language that guides users towards success.

2. Content Development

• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand project requirements.

3. Documentation and Process Writing

• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories.

4. Information Architecture

• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates.
• Uphold organizational and legal standards for documentation.

Qualification & Skills Set

• Qualification: MSC in Lifesciences/Biotech/Micro/Bio Chemistry
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Skills:
  • Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the development of scientific and technical literature.
