Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Research Scientist / Research Scientist (FRD-R&D), you will:

• Conduct literature reviews and patent searches to support formulation design.
• Prepare essential regulatory and product development documents such as Master Formula Cards (MFCs), QbD product development reports, and other protocols.
• Troubleshoot during scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batches to ensure smooth production.
• Review analytical data for accuracy, compliance, and product validation.
• Gain an edge if you have prior experience with topical formulations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Technology).
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in FRD – semi-solids, solid orals, liquid orals, topicals, or transdermals.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in formulation design and development.
  • Proficiency with QbD approach and regulatory documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of scale-up and technology transfer processes.
