Key Responsibilities
As a fresher in our pharmacovigilance team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Case Processing: Entering data from various sources accurately and efficiently.
- Follow-Up Management: Initiating, tracking, and managing follow-up activities related to pharmacovigilance cases.
- Medical Information Management: Handling medical information calls and inquiries, including receipt, response, follow-up, coordination with stakeholders, and closure.
- Documentation: Ensuring appropriate documentation of cases and inquiries for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- B Pharm or M Pharm degree
- Fluency in English
- High level of professionalism
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
