Key Responsibilities for Freshers in Clinical Data Management:

• Assist the Data Management Study Lead in developing electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), Data Validation Specifications, and Study Specific Procedures.
• Review clinical data and third-party data according to edit specifications and data review plans.
• Issue clear and concise data queries to investigational sites for data clarification, a key learning experience for those seeking fresher clinical data management jobs.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, clinical data scientists, and management.
• Perform additional project activities, such as filing and archiving, ensuring timelines are met and giving you hands-on exposure to clinical data management.

Qualifications for Fresher Clinical Data Management Jobs:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of clinical data management or a willingness to learn, making this an ideal role for freshers.
