About the Role: Centralized Study Specialist

As a Centralized Study Specialist at Fortrea, you will be at the heart of clinical project management. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timeliness in clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This role requires a proactive approach to handling clinical systems, managing databases, and maintaining communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of high-quality monitoring and reporting for clinical trials.
• Manage clinical systems such as CTMS, IWRS, and EDC.
• Track and follow up on issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Generate study-specific reports and assist in ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Support internal and external communication channels for study teams.
• Assist with study payments (site and vendor management).
• Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification:

• BSc, MSc in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience: 3-8 years in clinical operations or centralized delivery roles.
• Skills: Knowledge of clinical trial databases and project management systems such as CTMS, IWRS, and EDC. The ideal candidate should also have experience in study payments, communications, and study timelines management.

Candidates who have been previously interviewed between 3rd August and 27th September are not eligible for this walk-in drive.
