Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Officer

• Supervise coating and compression operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain efficient workflow and production schedules.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Supervisor

• Oversee granulation and compression machine operations.
• Monitor team productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and training to production staff.

Maintenance Officer / Senior Officer

• Manage HVAC systems, water systems, breakdowns, DMS, PLC validation, and documentation.
• Conduct training programs for operational efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted and safe maintenance operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production Officer: B. Pharma with 1-3 years of experience.
• Production Supervisor: 12th with ITI, 1-3 years of experience.
• Maintenance Officer / Senior Officer: B.Tech/M.Tech Elect. or Diploma Elect., 1-5 years of experience.
• Additional Requirement: Only Himachali male candidates are eligible.
