Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Preclinical Team, selected candidates will:

• Assist in conducting preclinical studies in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Support experimental design, data collection, and scientific documentation.
• Work with advanced laboratory equipment and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and safety protocols.
• Contribute to research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Zoology, or related life sciences courses such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in preclinical/biotech/pharma research.
• Strong passion for preclinical research and commitment to scientific excellence.
• Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
