About the Opportunity

Encube Ethicals, a leader in topical formulation development, is seeking talented professionals to join our IVPT (In Vitro Permeation Testing) team as Research Associates II. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with an M. Pharm or MSc degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Andheri (Marol), Mumbai.

Position: Research Associate II – IVPT (R&D)

Key Responsibilities:

• IVPT Method Development and Validation: Conduct method development, validation, pilot, and pivotal studies for IVPT.
• Instrument Handling: Operate and maintain instruments such as Vertical Franz Diffusion Apparatus, Micro pipettes, Handystep, and Balance vapometers.
• Compliance: Ensure maintenance of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) within the department to align with current regulatory requirements.
• Product Development Support: Design and implement IVPT development activities to support all stages of topical product development.
• Documentation: Complete necessary documentation of IVPT analysis, including raw data forms and logbook entries.
• Protocol Preparation: Prepare protocols and reports for IVPT method development, pilot, and pivotal studies for various projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: M. Pharm or MSc in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in IVPT or a related area.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in IVPT method development and validation.
  • Experience with relevant instruments and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of GDP and GLP compliance.
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
