Location: Mehsana, Gujarat (OSD & Injectable Facility)

Time: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

OSD Production Roles

• Designation: Officer/Operator
• Areas of Expertise: Coating, Compression, Granulation
• Experience: 3-7 years
• Qualification: M Pharmacy, B Pharmacy, MSc, BSc, Diploma, ITI

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate various compression, coating, and granulation machines.
• Ensure online documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and log books during batch execution.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company protocols.

OSD Packing Roles

• Designation: Officer/Operator
• Areas of Expertise: Bottle Packing, Bulk Packing
• Experience: 3-7 years
• Qualification: M Pharmacy, B Pharmacy, MSc, BSc, Diploma, ITI

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bulk packing line operations and bottle packing processes.
• Ensure accurate counting and packing, adhering to quality standards.
• Document packing operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Injectable Production Roles

• Designation: Officer/Operator
• Areas of Expertise: Lyophilized Operation, CIP/SIP
• Experience: 3-7 years
• Qualification: M Pharmacy, B Pharmacy, MSc, BSc, Diploma, ITI

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lyophilizers, CIP/SIP systems, and other aseptic area equipment.
• Handle filling, sealing, filtration, and sterilization processes.
• Manage batch manufacturing records and ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
