Job Description:

Department: Production – Injectable Manufacturing

Experience: 2-8 Years

Qualification:

• Diploma , B Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
• MSc , BSc (Minimum 60%)
• MSc Microbiology , B Pharmacy (Minimum 60%)

Skills:

• Expertise in handling filling operations of PFS, Cartridge, B+S Liquid Vial, Compounding, Aseptic exposure to isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizer, and autoclave.
• Experience with USFDA regulatory environment and processes.
• Preferred candidates from injectables manufacturing.

Department: Quality Control

Experience: 2-8 Years

Qualification:

• MSc , BSc in Chemistry or related field (Minimum 60%)

Skills:

• Experience in QC analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and stability.
• Hands-on experience in handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, UPLC, dissolution, UV-vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF, etc.
• Exposure to working in USFDA approved organizations.

Department: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)

Experience: 4-8 Years

Qualification:

• MSc , B Pharmacy (Minimum 60%)

Skills:

• Responsible for injectable line clearance, material verification, start-up checks, and in-process checks as per batch manufacturing records.
• Preferred candidates with exposure to USFDA approved organizations.
