Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer / Executive (2–5 Years)

• Review and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage SOPs, batch records, and change control documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.

Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Executive (2–5 Years)

• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure accuracy in analytical results and documentation.
• Operate HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer / Executive (1–4 Years)

• Perform method development and validation.
• Support formulation teams with analytical data.
• Maintain GLP standards in ADL operations.

Quality Control Microbiology (QC Micro) – Officer / Executive (1–4 Years)

• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform environmental monitoring and sterility testing.
• Maintain microbiology lab compliance as per guidelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology)
• Experience: 1 to 5 years depending on the role
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation, regulatory guidelines, and laboratory practices
