Position: ARD Executive/Sr Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development and Stability Analysis: Perform analysis for process development and stability samples as per testing procedures and protocols.
• Method Validation and Verification: Conduct method validations and verifications using HPLC and GC according to established protocols.
• Analytical Method Development: Develop and optimize analytical methods using HPLC and GC techniques.
• Regulatory Compliance: Perform analyses related to regulatory queries and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
• Cleaning Validation: Conduct cleaning validation activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Standard and Vendor Qualification: Perform working standard preparation and API/excipient vendor qualification activities.
• Comprehensive Analysis: Carry out complete analysis of APIs and excipients.
• Equipment Calibration: Ensure the calibration and proper maintenance of analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, AAS, and UV.
• Chemical and Equipment Handling: Maintain proper handling procedures for chemicals, reagents, pharmaceuticals, and equipment in line with MSDS/SOP/Precautions.
• Sample Management: Handle and dispose of samples, working and reference standards, and impurities according to SOPs.
• Emergency Response: Identify and respond to emergencies as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, MSc (Chemistry).
• Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HPLC and GC techniques.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
