Job Role: Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Matria Hospital, you will be integral to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. You will ensure optimal medicine management and safe patient outcomes by applying your expertise in medication dispensing, compounding, and patient consultations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Provide pharmaceutical care through patient consultations.
• Manage the compounding of medications based on prescriptions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Review and evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness and safety.
• Maintain accurate medication records and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and healthcare professionals about proper medication use.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Clinical Pharmacist, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Pharm D degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of medicine management and pharmaceutical care.
• Experience in compounding medications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
