Job Roles and Responsibilities

Junior/Senior Operator Production

As a Junior/Senior Operator in Production, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Implementing new techniques and ensuring adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Participating in the scale-up and troubleshooting of production processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Junior/Senior Officer Production

As a Junior/Senior Officer in Production, you will:

• Oversee the planning and execution of production processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality protocols.
• Manage and optimize the production workflow.
• Contribute to process improvements and validation activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for these roles should possess:

• Education:
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, BSc in Chemistry, or MSc in Chemistry.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in production with knowledge of equipment and production planning.
  • Familiarity with validation processes and technical knowledge of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production.
