• Position: Executive & Senior Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Experience: 3+ years
• Skills Required:
  • Overseeing manufacturing activities, including dispensing, manufacturing, in-process inspection, and packaging.
  • Collecting and submitting in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
  • Reviewing batch manufacturing and packing records.
  • Conducting AQL inspections and implementing quality improvement measures.
  • Handling QMS elements like CAPA, change control, and deviations.

2. Production (Pharma)

• Position: Officer & Senior Officer
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Skills Required:
  • Operating and cleaning vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, sterilization units, vial filling, and sealing machines.
  • Handling Lyophilizers, automatic loading & unloading systems.
  • Managing aseptic process activities, including compounding and filtration.
• Position: Executive & Senior Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 7 years
• Skills Required:
  • Hands-on experience in filtration, filling, lyophilization, and sealing processes.
  • Planning and execution of batch manufacturing.
  • Documentation and execution of aseptic media simulations and interventions.

3. Quality Control (QC)

• Position: Executive
• Qualification: M.Pharm/M.Sc (Injectables)
• Experience: 2+ years
• Skills Required:
  • Handling Caliber LIMS master creation.
  • Performing bioassays (reticulocyte and antifactorial assays).
  • Analyzing in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
  • Operating HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, and ion chromatography.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance of analytical instruments.

4. Microbiology

• Position: Associate (PG Freshers)
• Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
• Experience: Freshers (2024 pass-outs with a minimum of 60% marks)
• Skills Required:
  • Understanding of microbiological techniques.
  • Strong communication skills.
• Position: Executive
• Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology/Bacteriology)
• Experience: 2+ years
• Skills Required:
  • Aseptic environmental monitoring.
