Job Roles and Responsibilities

Pharma Manufacturing

• Overseeing the production process and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Operating and maintaining pharmaceutical equipment.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of the products being manufactured.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Implementing and monitoring quality control processes.
• Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Developing and maintaining QA documentation and records.

Quality Control (QC)

• Testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Analyzing data and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.

Microbiology

• Conducting microbiological testing of products and environments.
• Identifying and addressing contamination issues.
• Documenting and reporting findings in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Engineering

• Providing technical support for production and maintenance activities.
• Ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and systems.
• Implementing engineering solutions to improve production processes.

Apprenticeships
