Job Role & Responsibilities

Bal Pharma is hiring for the following positions:

Production Department

• Operator (1–2 Years) – Responsible for daily operations in API production.
• Officer / Sr. Officer (1–4 Years) – Supervising production batches, ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Asst. Manager (7–10 Years) – Leading production teams, ensuring process optimization, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Quality Control Department

• Executive (3–5 Years) – Performing analytical testing, HPLC/GC analysis, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Quality Assurance Department

• Asst. Manager (7–10 Years) – Handling QA systems, compliance audits, deviation handling, CAPA, documentation, and regulatory inspections.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in relevant fields such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Life Sciences.
• Experience: 1–10 years depending on the role.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, API manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and analytical techniques.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
