Job Role & Responsibilities

Medical Representative

• Promote and sell Avantika’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and support market growth in the assigned territory.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Provide feedback from the field to internal teams for product development and strategy.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving results.

Location & Salary

• Job Locations: CIS Countries (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan) & India
