Job Roles and Responsibilities

Aurobindo Pharma is actively hiring for a range of roles across production, packing, QA, and QC departments. Here’s a breakdown of the available positions:

1. Production (OSD)

Sections: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling
Roles: Trouble Shooter, Machine Operators, and Executives
Responsibilities:

• Operating and troubleshooting equipment in granulation, compression, and coating.
• Monitoring capsule filling processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification: B Pharmacy, BSc, ITI, Diploma
Positions Available: Technical Assistant, Executive
Experience Required: 2-10 years

2. Packing (OSD)

Sections: Bottle Packing, Blister Packing
Roles: Primary and Secondary Packing Operators
Responsibilities:

• Managing primary and secondary packing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Working with blister and bottle packing machines for smooth and accurate packaging.

Qualification: B Pharmacy, BSc, ITI, Diploma
Positions Available: Technical Assistant, Executive
Experience Required: 2-10 years

3. Quality Assurance (QA-IPQA)

Roles: Executive, Senior Executive
Responsibilities:

• Line clearance and audit trail checks during manufacturing and packing.
• Reviewing batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR) to ensure compliance.

Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy
Experience Required: 2-10 years

4. Quality Control (QC)

Sections: Finished Product (FP), Stability, Exhibit
Roles: Executive, Senior Executive
Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for chromatography analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with LCMS and working knowledge of e-LIMS systems.

Qualification: MSc, B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy
Experience Required: 2-10 years
