Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Medical Data Entry Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and entering patient medical records into databases.
• Performing medical data annotation with adherence to compliance standards.
• Applying ICD and CPT codes for accurate medical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
• Handling sensitive patient data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Supporting clinical data management tasks for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
• Working effectively in night shifts (US hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST).

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in medical data entry, document review, or clinical data management.
• Mandatory Requirements:
  • Prior night shift experience.
  • Medical/clinical background.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD and CPT coding.
  • Proficiency in medical document review and clinical data standards.
• Technical Requirements:
  • Personal laptop/desktop.
  • Stable broadband internet (minimum 100 MBPS).

Location & Salary

• Location: Permanent Work From Home (WFH).
• Shift: US shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST.
• Compensation: Based on experience and current CTC (to be shared by applicant).
