Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for plant maintenance activities in a regulated injectable facility, including:

• Electrical Maintenance: Installation, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment such as autoclaves, washing tunnels, filling equipment, UAF, and packing machines.
• Water Systems & HVAC: Installation, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and water systems.
• Process Equipment Support: Handling preventive maintenance, breakdown support, shift operations, spare part management, and documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with cGMP and regulatory requirements for injectable manufacturing plants.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: BE/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation or relevant disciplines)
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in plant maintenance within an injectable or regulated pharmaceutical facility
• Designation: Officer to Executive
• Key Skills: Strong knowledge of equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
