• Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

Field Managers

Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline
Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and team management
Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
