Job Role and Responsibilities

Registration & Screening Officer (Clinical Pharmacology)

seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Clinical Pharmacology team as a Registration & Screening Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for Reporting and registration of volunteers, Obtaining ICF for Registration of volunteers into volunteer databank, To assist in obtaining ICF for Screening of volunteers, Measurement of height, weight of a volunteer and calculation of BMI, Administration of IPs by Oral Route, To perform Custodian Activities , Meal weighing and Distribution. ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical research and pharmacology.

Location:

• Dulapally, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Reporting and registration of volunteers.
• Obtaining ICF for Registration of volunteers into volunteer databank.
• To assist in obtaining ICF for Screening of volunteers.
• Measurement of height, weight of a volunteer and calculation of BMI.
• Registration of Volunteers into Volunteer data bank .
• Updating the volunteer’s Personal information in the database.
• Assist in obtaining Study ICF.
• Administration of IPs by Oral Route.
• To perform Custodian Activities.
• Meal weighing and Distribution.

Key Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge: Understanding of clinical research principles, regulatory requirements, and ethics in clinical trials.
• Familiarity: Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and local regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for document management and regulatory compliance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and data management.
