Job Role: HCC Medical Coder
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and accurately assign HCC codes
- Ensure compliance with ICD coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements
- Maintain accuracy and productivity benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal QA teams for audits and improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate with a valid coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CRC)
- Experience: Freshers with certification or experienced HCC coders
- Skills: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Shift: Flexible shift timings available
