The required qualifications for these roles range from ITI and Diploma for some production positions to B.Pharm and M.Pharm for others.

- Capsule Operator/Sachet Operator/Compression Operator – 4 to 8 Years of experience, ITI, Diploma
- Compression/Granulation Officer – 2 to 4 Years of experience, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Executive – 6 to 8 Years of experience, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Soft Gel Production Eris Lifesciences jobs:
- Medicament & Gelatin Operator/Encapsulation Operator – 4 to 6 Years of experience, ITI, 10th/12th
- Officer – 4 to 6 Years of experience, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Warehouse Eris Lifesciences jobs:
- Officer – 4 to 5 Years of experience, Graduation
