Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Officer in Manufacturing Operations at Herbalife, you will:

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GSP standards at contract manufacturing (CM) sites.
• Monitor shop floor activities, including manufacturing and packaging processes, to ensure adherence to Herbalife requirements.
• Conduct GMP rounds of shop floors, warehouses, and service areas.
• Verify in-process parameters for powder manufacturing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and stick packing.
• Support CM sites in troubleshooting during manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Design, draft, and review batch documents.
• Manage and facilitate investigations to identify root causes, implement corrective actions (CAPA), and ensure their effectiveness.
• Track open investigations and action items to ensure timely closure.
• Provide routine updates on manufacturing investigations to project teams and clients.
• Drive visual management processes to track progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Support OpEx teams by training CM staff and verifying the effectiveness of implemented actions.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: Graduate in Food Technology, M.Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, or Mechanical with food industry experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years in QA/Manufacturing within the Pharma/Nutraceutical/Food industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with granulation, compression, and nutraceutical manufacturing processes.
